Aidani
Aidani is a white variety most commonly found on the island of Santorini. This grape produces pleasantly aromatic wines with a medium body and balancing acidity. Aidani is rarely bottled on its own and is more commonly used as a blending grape with Assyrtiko and Athiri in Santorini's dry whites and sweet Vinsanto wines.
