The ZIP code field under My Account > Advanced Info lets you type in a 9-digit code (e.g. 02472-1517), but rejects it as an invalid ZIP. Maybe restrict the field length to 5?

we've limited zip to 5 characters for now, which i hope addresses the problem. thanks!
