Just returned to Fla from the wine vineyards throughout Washington state and in California. Very impressed with a number of wines from numerous tastings.. Leonetti Cellars Merlot 2006 was by far the most impressive, in Walla Walla, though the tasting was a private setting and only to find that the list to buy is 5 to 7 years to join the club. However, did find an excellent Merlot from Terra Bianca at Benton City.

Many great vineyards in Paso Robles, Ca., with Eberle Winery with an outstanding Chardonny.

Any recommendations, for tasting of reds, as I will be in the Palm Springs, and Orange County in September?
