Hi, would love to know of any Snooth-ers out there in south west London, UK. It could be a good opportunity for get together at the very least. I am also hoping to set up a Wine Society in this area, as there is a bit of gap in the 'market'.
I am particulalry interested in Chilean wines, also Portuguese, Tuscan and some Spanish and selected other Old World. But, I have wide tastes. Please contact me,

Nothing I love more than finding anything on Snooth even merely related to London or England or Europe!!
I lived near Fulham for several years.....Congrats and let us remain in touch!
What Chilean wines do you now know?

Where are you now?
I have about 100 Chilean wines in stock. Even the 'budget' Casillero del Diablos are better than average for new world varietals. But I think there is real quality in Errazuriz, Montes, Novas, EQ, etc. They typically do an entry level but paying a little more to get the next level up pays dividends

I also have very fond memories of my time living in London where my family has had a representative in residence for several centuries. In fact, my buddy at the time lived in Fulham and commuted to Debenhams near Marlybone where he worked for a time.
Unfortunately, I no longer live in that locale pronounced by Johnson as being a place you could only tire of if you'd tired of life.
Nevertheless, I visit London from time to time so do consider your efforts at a wine society seriously; as you can see, there are not a few of us who just might show up with a goblet in hand.

A little O/T, but Gary, you're dead right about value - some of the Montes wines are really excellent, and not in the least expensive.
