Wine Education and Tasting Event

  For those located in the Phoenix, AZ area, please join us for an evening of fun and wine at Ruffino Italian Cuisine on September 12, 2012. We will be presenting a one hour introductory wine education program with take-away materials, an international white focused wine tasting with five different varietals and a flavor pairing exercise to provide wine/food pairing suggestions. Included will be presentations on wine vocabulary, how to taste wine, how to describe wine AND how to really enjoy wine (OK, I shouldn't have to help with that)! This is the first of a series to build a broader exposure to all things wine. Classes/tastings will be offered separately. Red wine varietals, exploring wine regions and eventually a wine/food pairing dinner will be scheduled in the future. Classes will be presented by a certified sommelier.
