For those located in the Phoenix, AZ area, please join us for an evening of fun and wine at Ruffino Italian Cuisine on September 12, 2012. We will be presenting a one hour introductory wine education program with take-away materials, an international white focused wine tasting with five different varietals and a flavor pairing exercise to provide wine/food pairing suggestions. Included will be presentations on wine vocabulary, how to taste wine, how to describe wine AND how to really enjoy wine (OK, I shouldn't have to help with that)! This is the first of a series to build a broader exposure to all things wine. Classes/tastings will be offered separately. Red wine varietals, exploring wine regions and eventually a wine/food pairing dinner will be scheduled in the future. Classes will be presented by a certified sommelier. We are limited to 10 spots for this one. So, please sign-up before we are full.
Just drop an email to "The Wine DOCG" at email@example.com to reserve your seat.
