Today is a wine tasting at the shop, tomorrow is my spicy beer can chicken with a nice Reisling to balance it off.

Tonight is bubble night! It's our annual Champagne-Oysters party. I'm bringing a 1997 Veuve Cliquot Ponsardin Rosé. Some are bringing Laurent Perrier Rosé and others Moët & Chadon Rosé. Going to be a great night.
