Legal Sea Foods is proud to host Juan Sabja, winemaker for Carmin de Puemo on November 3rd, at 6:30pm. During his visit, Mr. Sabja will hold an exclusive Wine Dinner for select guests of Legal Sea Foods. Mr. Sabja, in 2005 joined the winery with the responsibility of barrel fermentation of white wines. Currently, Juan is working with Marcelo Papa taking care of Marques de Casa Concha, Casilero del Diablo and Casillero Reserva Privada.  Under Mr. Sabja's direction, Carmin de Puemo in 2008 was ranked one of the Top Ten Wines in the World among other noted awards. 


We are honored to host Mr. Juan Sabja and are truly excited to invite you to dine with us this special evening. 


The menu and its wine pairing is as follows:

This special event is priced at $65.00 per person plus applicable sales tax and gratuity, payable once you arrive.

This is worth noting.  Looks like a fantastic menu, nice wine pairings, great price.

Not sure about the Salmon with the Carmenere- but if I were nearbye I would definitely stop by... if for that dessert pairing alone.

Need some contact info though, like where Legal Sea Foods actually is ;).

Legal Sea Foods is located at 2001 International Drive in McLean, VA.  This is the Tysons Galleria location.

Definitely looks like a fun evening, but I, too, wonder why Carmenere took over the entire meal after the appetizers. Does the winery not have any whites besides the SB?
