Virtual Tasting in September

Original post by Gregory Dal Piaz, Aug 19, 2010.

So with the end of summer approaching my thoughts return to drinking more red wine. That may, or may not be a good thing but it started me thinking - What do WE want to drink?

If we have a few coordinated tastings, maybe even in a chatroom somewhere - live, we could try similar wines and share experiences, maybe even try the same exact wine.

At bare minumum we can spend the month exploring a region, or regions. I am already planning to begin exploring French wines in a basic way in October but I thought I would open September up to suggestions to get things rolling.

If we figure things out in time I'd even be happy to host something here at Snootsaew bottles from the designated region!

Argyle is 14.5% alcohol  Scott Paul is 13.0% and yet SP seems more alcoholic in mouth?

Trying to mess with the Cohost button on UStream froze my machine (older laptop at the moment) and forced a couple of reboots. Definitely should've started the technical commlink coordination earlier....

Just the ABC and the Olivier Merlin gamay. Just pulled in some cheese since it's too much wine on a mostly empty stomach at the moment...

Interesting your video is working but not the chat.
