Greetings from Minnesota :-)
Several years ago, my wife and I travelled to the Dominican Republic on our anniversary and
really enjoyed an inexpensive Etchart Rio De Plata Merlot as well as the Malbec.
The waiter said it was quite popular due to the reasonable cost and we agreed, it was awesome.
So gleeful at our find, we wanted to secure some once we came back home.
I simply am having a heckuva time finding any place to get it here. Many of the
local suppliers say they can generall get most brands, but need to know what
distributor to talk to, and none of their lists have these selections available or even
Is there a U.S. distributor that I can point them to or, as a buyer, what would be the most
cost effective way to get some of this wine?
I haven't put tons of effort into it, but it's been 5 years since we had it, and off and on I have
made half-hearted searches to no avail, and its time for me to be the knight in shining
armor for my wife who asks every anniversary if I've found it. ;-)
