Unsubscribe fails

I have been trying to unsuscribe for weeks. I am afraid I will have to report snooth for spam and yelp about it. I have unscubscribed, changed preferences, written to every contact us area. Please do something about it.

Hey Anna, I checked your preferences and it looks like you're currently unsubscribed.  There was a subscription change on May 8th, when you enrolled in the Napa sweepstakes - the terms were to receive the Snooth daily newsletter, which you then unsubscribed from on today, the 11th. 

Hope that clears things up!  I added your email to a permanent block list so you shouldn't receive anything else from us - please allow 24 hours for the full effect.

Yelp, now there's a name you can trust for accurate information.  The next time Yelp gives me any useful information will be the first time.

Well - when there seems to be no other outlet for communication, need to reach out everywhere. I reeived yet another email yesterday...we'll see what tofay brings.

Hey Chris, can a spell-checker be added to the publisher?  I have yearned for that.  In many of my posts I compose in Word, run spell-check and C & P it over to here.

I agree, EMark.  That would be a great addition to the Publisher.  I do the same thing as you... unless I forget and then end up noticing mistakes later on.  Fortunately, we have the ability to edit our own posts, so I can go in and edit out my mistakes.

OK guys, this is getting a little off-topic, but I thought it would be an easy fix and it was.  You should be seeing a red underline under misspelled words - if not, let me know which browser you're using.

Well thabks a lot Chris!

As you see it is not iPad compatible. But the iPad autocorrected and I had to go back in and add the typo.

Ha, ok - maybe the iPad doesn't have native support because it autocorrects by default?  ;)

Like Anna Marie, I've been trying to get Snooth to stop sending mass e-mails.  For some reason, they make my e-mail program lock up if I try to open them.  Only Snooth mass e-mails cause this problem.  I've tried to unsubscribe too.  And I tightened my mail screening protocols.  

I'm not even sure how Snooth got my e-mail address.  Mr. Carpita, Ms. Sivits, why not do us all a favor, and drop my name from your mailing list.  I'm not a customer, and likely never will be. (I'm not a big wine drinker.)

No problem Mr Boncher, your address has been removed - please allow up to 24 hours from this post for the changes to take permanent effect.  Sometimes subscribers enter the wrong e-mail intentionally or make type-o's, and we'll always fix it ASAP when that happens.
