I think they may exaggerate a bit. I've been on the Turley wait list since August and they tell me that I'll likely come up in Fall 2010. That said, Turley is somewhat coveted and usually on the pricey side. Despite a recent visit to the tasting room, I did not know they made a Cinsault (zin, petite sirah, charbono, and a white Rhone blend; but not Cinsault). If it's not on the Snooth site, then I'd search vinquire or winesearcher to try to find a price and a link that might give you more info on how long to hold, etc.

This is actually an interesting article about Turely's winemaker, and it gets around to mentioning the Cinsault near the end. Turns out it's the first time they've made it, relatively low alcohol, and $18 (shocking to me for a Turley).
