Tonight's wine?

It's going to be a Thai experience tonight. I'm trying out wontons and Thai soup with prawn and crab spring rolls. The soup has tons of lemon grass so I'm going to pair the meal with a rich, buttery Chardonnay to contrast and smooth the palate....thinking South African Bouchard Finlayson...any other recommendations?
