would be interesting to have a search box to be able to go straight to some key words
and a follow up option on a topic/new messages

I wanted to switch my image on my account so I deleted the one I had, and now I can't upload any more picture... I mean it's like working but instead of having a preview I have "beta.snooth.com/ge"

Same thing for adding an image to a review...

ok, I tried with Internet Explorer and it's working, but still not with Firefox 2.0.0.12

Thanks for the report Olivier. I think this may be a bug with the beta site. The good thing there is that things will be back to normal when Snooth Talk moves out of beta. The bad thing is of course that this bug will return next time we put a feature in beta. Anyway, it has been logged and will get fixed, hopefully before the next beta period.

Oh, and thanks for reporting the possible workaround.

Olivier - we'll be adding search once the basic bugs are ironed out. What do you mean by a "follow up option" though?

(I'm guessing here, but since Olivier didn't get notified that you asked a question about his post--ahem! ;^>) - I think Olivier's talking about the Gawker-style of "reply to comment" thing where it populates the comment filed with "@so-and-so" as a link to a named anchor for the post to which you're replying. Personally, I'd prefer threading (slashdot et al) to the Gawker model, but I agree with the premise that having something to keep track of to which prior comment subsequent commenters are responding would be helpful.

OK, understood - I want to wait to see how the forum develops before we add any non essential features. If threads do begin to spiral into different directions i can certainly see a need for this. I like the simplicity at the moment though.
