For wine site this seemed a bit off. Look at the Father Christmas on the right. I'm not offended. It is just a tad tasteless. (pardon the pun)

Yes it is the South African flag on the bottom right of that advertisement so probably targeted at SA only. Don't know what company, some mobile ringtone provider?
