From the Daily Beast a few days ago. Was waiting to see if someone else would post, but guess I have to do it. ;-)
Snooth needs to investigate this pot wine business...

Recording went pretty great, everyone's happy with what I came up with. We had to dig in to get the drums tracked, and I was up for recording the bass but they'll have to edit the drums before I can go in again. Feels good to know I can still do it anyway.
Wine was a little disappointing...grabbed one of those 2009 Villa Creek High Road's (James Berry Vineyard) that I liked so much from my Paso trip at the nearby Wine Exchange. Was real nice off the pop and pour, but really faded quick. Had some more the next day and it was pretty good, but overall it wasn't as superlative as I remember.
Should've grabbed that Rioja Alta you were talking about Fox, will definitely grab it next time anyway.

what is the recepe for pot wine. I have 10 gallons of must that I'm planning on adding 2oz of bud. Any winemakers out there? When do I add the buds?

Well, I don't know about pairing them in one vessel, as I said, but when I logged into another site, this review of a wine I own popped up:
"So much tightness, fruit and tannins when first opened. Needed to sit about 30 minutes before really opening up and then, wow. An elevated, vibrant balance in the nose, with a lingering blackberry finish. Went well with a sativa-dominant hybrid like Pineapple Thai, even better to relax with a good body high from a Romulan or Romulan substrain."
I have to laugh about the tightness. According to the winemakers (I get this through one of our well placed forum contributors), the wine shouldn't be opened for a year or absolutely must be decanted. You'd think the weedhead would be a little more relaxed and could wait, but no.
Food and wine pairing, meet weed and wine pairing. After smoking a few bowls, you'll think anything edible is just fine.
