Carry it in your suitcase or get a shipper and check it as extra luggage. That may cost you about 50 euros. It's the easiest and best. I do it all the time. Otherwise, get a friend to bring it over.
If you don't have those two options, see if they'll get it to a friend in Spain who will send DHL. If you don't have any of those options, and if you try to have it shipped as wine, you'll pay a lot of money and unless the wine is particularly rare or valuable, query as to whether you want to do that. Check around to see if the wine is available in the US and you may be better off just buying it here.
