In and around Florance you have Chianti Classico, Brunello, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and the Maremma, Supertuscan coast, at your feet.
How about some more info?
Will you be with other wine geeks or more family and fiends?
Do you want to do a single visit here and there or several in one day?

In chianti classico I like http://www.enotecadifonterutoli.it/index.php?Id=1&Lingua=ing
It depends on how far you are going Montalcino is quite a bit south and the Maremma is quite a ways too. Southern tuscany is very nice so you may also want to go to Montalcino (personally I find it quite crowded there now) but there are other nice town and places to see.
A little more wild is the Maremma especially the southern part. Morellino de scansano is a very nice Sangiovese based wine in Scansano I recommend a visit to

A larger producer in the Maremma which I like

If you need a place to stay down there I can recommend a great 850 acre organic farm that rents rooms

There are some nice beaches and a national park with some nice hikes
