Ive heard of silly priced foods - there's a cocktail at the Mandarin Oriental in New York that has a 3 carat diamond in the glass (not in the glass, but literally swimming around in the drink) - obviously it would be funny is someone drank it. So far, no one's even ordered the drink...
However to get a $200 burger king burger? Come on, who would do that.

@Philip -- Sounds like the perfect drink to order and then skip the check. I hope for their sake they eschew tradition and ask you to pay prior to service.
