LOT18 Telephone Issue - Typical?

Is this typical?

Lot18's customer service line goes directly to voice mail. I have left 3 or 4 voice messages since yesterday and sent an email, all to no avail. I have an issue that I want resolved. Noting is more frustrating than getting ignored. The weekend is upon us so, I imagine this will now carry through until Monday.

I have placed several orders with Lot18 without an issue. If this is the type of "service" that the customer service team provides when needed, I will stick with my other suppliers.

Sorry but I would not know. Lot 18 is a separate and distinct company, founded by the same person.

We do not work together so I have no idea if this is typical of their service but I would imagine it is just a temporary issue.
