I have not had this cheese, but my net research indicates Sauvignon Blanc pairs well... but you probably found that on your internet searches. Perhaps look a little further online to see other suggestions..

For that less-ripe goat cheese I'll go along with napagirl and recommend a Sancerre sauvignon blanc as first choice. It'll stand up to the cheese better than the melon/muscadet grape wine down the Loire river, though the muscadet should be allright, especially if it has some bottle age and spent time before that on its lees (sur lie). A sauvignon blanc/semillon blend from Graves would be good, too, and maybe a picpoul de pinet from southwestern France. Alternatively even a riesling from Alsace. Lots of good matches from France, I would think....
Of course you could stay in the Canadian theme and have it with a chardonnay from Niagara (sounds like a nice excuse for drinking some Clos Jordanne). While not a terrible match, the others would be better, though.
