So far the Moscatos at/under $10 I've tried have been still without any type of bubbles. Any recommendations?

La Spinetta, Moscato d'Asti, Bricco Quaglia is one of my favorites, but hard to find at that price.

Well...I would try Casa Sant'Orsola Muscato d'Asti 2007. I found it at Total Wine for $9.99 per bottle. Close to The Castello de Poggio Muscato.
