Can't insert a picture in the forum.
Here"s an exemple:

The picture is not showing up because you are not linking to the actual image, just the page on flickr that it's on. I'm not sure how to accomplish this using flickr, as I do not use it. Maybe someone else here knows?

If you right click on a flickr page and select "view image", that destination url is the one to put in the box below... like:
