Dont know if it was just me, but when I tried to load a profile pic, I didnt get a preview, so I assumed it hadnt worked and did it again (this time no loading % bar) and no preview.
Gave up and went to home page and my pic was there.

Both preview and loading bar worked properly in Firefox 2.0.0.4 on Mac OS X. To help Mark... what were you using?
