Ummm- that was fantastic. While the food was beyond good, and the wine was WELL beyond expectation (more on that later)- the atmosphere of watching the cup final in a big, air conditioned room, surrounded by stuff to drink and much to munch gave this celebration part of its character, which was rounded out by the boisterous, brand new folks from every part of the world, celebrating the world's game... "French Style".
Vive La Espana!

Have to agree -- I was up there as well, and I must say that standing in the A/C, drinking white Bordeaux, and watching that room erupt when Spain scored the first goal ... not a bad way to spend a Sunday!
