Janice, welcome to the Snooth Forum. I am always intrigued by requests that people post here asking where they can buy a particularly wine. Invariably, it is a wine that I have never heard of, and, so, I go scurrying off to Google to see what collective internet information is out there. In the case of Porta Palo I find that it is a Sicilian producer, and, interestingly, they make wines from grapes that are not traditional Italian varieties. I was able to find a number of purveyors some in the U.S. and some in other countries. One, Saratoga Wine Exchange, is offering the Porta Palo Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc for less than $10 per bottle. I think I saw other purveyors offering a Merlot and a Shiraz. Some of them also seemed to be selling by the case.
