I have a bottle of 1985 Codorniu Brut Clasico which my wife and I got on our wedding day ( with the limo ) in 1988 .I was saving it for our 25th anniversary this year . Is it safe to drink now ?

It is certainly safe but whether it is at its best is another matter.A lot hinges on how it has been stored.However the bottle is obviously of great sentimental value to you both so I am sure you will enjoy it especially if you share it with any children of the marriage
