That's the way to do. Little by little, otherwise you'll end up with a lot of stuff you're not thrilled to drink. What's in there so far?

So far I am buckling down and just starting to inventory my cellar. Its a tedious task! Lots of California and French so far. I have my wine split up between my office and home so I have to consolidate and focus on getting a grip on what we actually have. Its easy to lose track. Ive found wines I had no idea I still had. Its a great treasure hunt!
