Halloween Wines

This week on East Coast Wine Geeks we talk about Halloween themed wines Vampire Cabernet Sauvignon and Zombie Zin http://www.eastcoastwinegeeks.com

Do you think that these theme wines are just re-labeled wines that cash in on Halloween or do you think they are serious wines ?They were both reasonably good, but it was impossible to even find who makes the Zombie Zin--hmmm...

I've definitely seen these wines on the shelves around Halloween. I was hesitant to buy because I assumed it was a marketing ploy.

Did you review them on Snooth? Would love to read a review...

Oh, how about Owen Roe's Sinister Hand, that has to qualify!

I'm pretty certain that this a re-label or a custom crush that is bottled for Vampire.com. From what I can see is that they use a custom crush facility in Paso Robles.
