I was making chicken cacciatore for dinner last night, and I wanted a nice wine to use in the sauce and to enjoy with the dish. While searching through Constantino's Market's extensive shelves I came across Graffi's WHITE Pinot Noir. I love pinot noir, so I was immediately interested in trying something a little out of the ordinary. I tried pulling it up on Snooth, but there are no references to it.
It paired very well with the chicken, stood up to the heartiness of the sauce, but wasn't too overpowering. I think it was an excellent choice and I will add this to my list once I figure out how. Very affordable at $9.99/bottle, a great weekday dinner wine!
