Well outthere, isn't this a blog. Can't I post however I want? I'm giving away free stuff. Sorry if I'm letting people know about it, sheesh.

It's not like I'm hiding who I am or being spammy. I happen to write a lot about wine on a lot of sites. It just so happens I haven't contributed a ton to snooth... yet.

Well outthere, isn't this a blog.

Not really, it's a forum.

Can't I post however I want?

Nice to meet you Matt, where you from, how long have you been into wine, any background you can share with the community here?

Now that the pleasantries are out of the way...

You're promoting your website. I give stuff away to my customers too. I just don't plug it on random sites. To each his own. It's just that most people who are interested in the content here actually introduce themselves and post a bit and get to know people before they go commercial. Sheesh

You are right outthere.... I accidentally clicked the forum instead of the blog. My mistake. Hey, you seem to be a big contributor here. If you don't think this post is appreciated, I trust you. Down it went.

Been into wine for quite some time. Been writing since last year. Currently enjoying a bottle of Kiyapura Cab/Carmanere blend from Chile. Not fantastic, but "drinkable". My first post on Snooth will be advice NOT to buy from http://barclayswine.com/  Lol

Atta boy!

This week I'm celebrating Hospice du Rhone, tonight it's a 2008 Bedrock Old Lakeville Syrah. I'm a rare purchaser online due to my proximity to wine country. Maybe LastBottle, Benchmark or BPWines from time to time but they are all local so I have better recourse if there are issues.

Welcome to Snooth!

I've really enjoyed http://www.tastingroom.com/samplers/

I'd love to be closer to wine country (used to be). But tastingroom has been a pretty fun way to try lots of wines at a decent price to find ones I like. Barclay's was a groupon... didn't work out. Love tasting room though!

Tasting Room's top 6 single bottles are dominated by Silver Oak, Duckhorn, and Alpha Omega?

Sounds like "No thanks"

Those three images stacked on top of eachother on the bottom right side of the screen are all exactly the same thing, that's weird. Somethin' just smells funny on that site.
