I just learned about wines by the tap - I love the 'green' aspects of this - and even though it works well with our tasting and pairings program - I'm wondering what the general public thinks about this.
Does this concept work for you if you are buying wine "by the glass"? We have a wine shop that can carry the bottles of what we have on tap - but will people also be interested in buying wines in a "pony" keg for home use/entertainment events?
