- Details for Finca Sandoval Red Blend Manchuela Cuvée Tns 2005
I've been a fan of this wine for the past few vintages, I love the dense dark fruit and bacon fat in the back. I've not had the 2005 yet though we're getting it soon for our wine shop. Any feedback on how it is drinking now, and food pairings? We are doing dinner with top spanish wines in Nov and I have to finalize the menu. For now the Finca Sandoval being so big is going last of 4 reds with a cheese course at the end of the meal. Any quick responses would be greatly appreciated

Keep it last. I don't know what other wines you will be including but the 2005 Manchuela approaches Aussie shiraz levels of fruit and ripeness. Prett good stuff but a bruiser. What are the other wines you are serving?
