Well Corsica is fairly small so you might want to range outside of the Calvi area.
Some of the best wineries on Corsica are
Patrimonio
Domaine Leccia
This are two close to Calvi

Greg, thanks for the info. Would you happen to know if English is spoken at either of these establishments? Unfortunately no one in our group speaks much French.

Hey Bob, that is another consideration entirely. I am not sure if any of these properties have an English speaker on staff but would be surprised if you could find one with someone conversant in English.
Domaine Leccia has an English language webstie so thats a promising start!

AS does Domaine Maestracci, which is in Calvi

And while Domaine Antoine Arena doesn't seem to have a website,t hat I can find quickly at least, they are the third "high end" Corsican producer that one commonly sees in the US.
Ask your hotel for help, they will have better details and can make arrangements for you and your group.

I recently tasted an amazing wine from Clos Venturi, made from the local red grape Niellucciu. They are located in the beautiful mountainous interior east of Calvi. I vacationed in Corsica two years ago and loved it. Be sure to try the local brew Pietra.
Not sure if they speak any english:
