Looking for a recommendation for an easily accessible wine for a Baunya Cauda made with anchovies and cream.  Butter based. lots of garlic.  Any suggestions

Also depends on the veggies, or whatever else, you're going to be dipping in it. Cooked, raw, which ones?

Typically serve with Italian crusty bread, raw cabbage, celery, and brocolli for dipping.  Look forward to hearing your thoughts

this is a tough one... maybe an albarino?

i usually enjoy cava with my anchovies... but not having had your particular dish before, i'm kind of shooting in the dark...
