One, slow but reliable option, is to call the restaurant and ask who their distributor is, then call the distributor and ask them who sells it retail in your area. They may be helpful.
Otherwise, perhaps order one of the older vintages from NY or MA which is where the retailers are based.

Have you tried K&L Wines (SF, Redwood City) or Paul Marcus Wines (Oakland/Emeryville)?

We have K&L's inventory on snooth, I checked and they dont have it. We dont have Paul Marcus's inventory on our site so they may have it in stock
