We are delighted to announce that we have released three extraordinary wines at Borghese Vineyard.
Lovely aromas of jasmine and orange peel with hints of rose petals and orange peel. This well balanced wine has pear and peach flavors with crisp acidity followed by layers of green apple. Stainless steel fermented, this mouth watering acidic wine is complimented by touches of mineral flavors and pear overtones.
Stainless steel fermented. This ripe, rich and complex wine has layers of pear, green apple and cream. The clean and crispy finish melded with hints of vanilla creates a gracious well-balanced dinner wine. Wonderful with a smooth, buttery Gruyere and red apples.
As members of the Long Island Merlot Alliance (LIMA), we are now offering the 2007 Merliance in our tasting room. It is a blend of 100% merlot from each LIMA-member winery. Borghese Vineyard contributed two barrels of our 2007 finished merlot wine for the final blend which was barrel-aged for one year before it was bottled and released.
Be sure to join us in our tasting room and sample these new releases as well as our other award winning wines!
