I've been working with Donoso's excellent wines for the least few years now, but I've never seen D sold in the US.
Where are you from?

I know Casa Donoso! Although, I used to work with RBoulanger (who commented above), so we both know if from the Wine Messenger.
Its a while ago that I last tried one of their wines, but i seem to remember they had a nice Carmenere

In fact, here we go: http://www.snooth.com/wine/casa-donoso-carmenere-reserva-2003-1/
I gave it a 4/5 and said:
"Carmenere is a lesser known grape, but its very closely related to merlot - in fact there's much confusion in the industry over this. The wine has decent fruit (black cherries), some coffee notes, and herbs. The tannins are well integrated and the finish is ok. Good for the price."

Carmenere is my favourite wine, berries, soft tannins and in mouth, you can find chocolate, coffee, something of leather. It is a very good wine.
