After 2 years of low rainfall and low snowmelt California declares a drought. This is the first state wide drought since 1991. What does it mean for wineries?

For most of wine country this should not be a 'huge' issue this year but as stated, if there is another 'dry' winter then we could be in trouble.
It seems the central valley where there is a lot of cash crops grown that there will be big problems. Of course, the El Dorado Hills may be effected as they are 'part' of the central valley.

I think it would be good in general for us to cut water usage like this even when there's plenty of rain. I know if I tried I could take shorter showers. One summer I only took cold showers. There's a lot of jumping around and I naturally took it on the quick.
