while i'm in the uk, i'm doing what i can to taste brit wines - so far:

- sparkling rose = excellent
- still pinot noir = volatile acidity hell

thats it so far, but i have a few winery trips planned, and will report on the rest.

From what I have heard ... sparkling is the way to go ... the still wines ... are ... well, a good start for sparkling wines. :-)
