There's a Stella Artois ad running periodically on Snooth, which links to a really good booklet that discusses food and beer pairing for their beers: Stella, Hoegaarden, Leffe Blond and Leffe Brown.
It covers everything from glassware for each beer, to the taste profile and then a series of recipes made with each of the beers. My favorite:
