We grabbed both their Viognier, which is supposed to be a knockout, as well as one of their red blends (called ""Trio") that's been gathering some attention.
Anyone tried either of these? We were told that their '08 Viognier can compete with the '08 Barren Ridge... which I highly, highly doubt- but am open to compare.
The fruit for the Viognier they produce actually comes from Ridge Run Vineyard in Stuart’s Draft- still in the valley and on the "other side of the mountain" from the more popular and prominent 'Monticello' appelation around Charlottesville.
