I thoroughly enjoy the 2005 Ruah, currently have about 7 bottles left. I went to restock this weekend and my normal supplier is out, and is instead trying to substitute with the 2007. From looking at vintage charts, 2007 was a better year for Washington Cabs and Merlots, but I have not heard anything from anybody who's tasted it. Your feedback would be appreciated.
Anyone tasted Desert Wind 2007 Ruah?

Not tried it but I've got a bottle of 2000 that I kind of set aside and ignored. Ever have that wine with a few years?

No, I've never had any vintage older than '05, which is drinking very good right now. I suspect the '00 is probably in its prime, especially if you like your Cab/Bordeaux blends aged.
