Well it's probably the 'glace' people who are rich wannabes, and maybe some of their ilk might buy this to flash. Doubt many people who got there through honest work, and are able to stay there, would bother with the product...

They aren't necessarily that expensive. You just have to think big--If you order 240 ice balls, they're a bargain at just $6 each. The rich may not be dumb as bricks, but they evidently can be seduced by frozen balls.

The mould for that ice sphere costs about 1.50, so yeah more money than sense.
