"Add Wine" feature on My Wines/Cellar is not working

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the "Add Wine" feature (green button) on the My Wines/Cellar tab?  When I click on the button and begin typing the name of the wine I wish to add to my Cellar, a filtered list of wines pops up, giving me the option to choose one or add a new wine to the database ("Can't find the wine you're looking for? Add a wine to Snooth"), the first item on the list.  The "Add a wine to Snooth" option works fine.  No issues.  However, when I select a wine from the filtered list, a wine is added to my Cellar, but not the wine that I selected!  Instead, what appears is the last wine that I "touched" in the current login session, or, if I did not touch a wine, a duplicate of the wine at the top of my Cellar list appears.  In each case, the bottle count is 0 and if I click to a different tab and then come back (or otherwise refresh the screen), the duplicate entry disappears.  I have had this happen on both my Chrome (version 18.0.1025.142 m) and Internet Explorer (version 9.0.8112.16421) browsers.
