Attendees will be involved in taking those first steps to making truly memorable wine. By working the sorting table under the expert tutelage of winemaker David Lecomte and his team, you will see what it takes to ensure that great wine gets a great beginning. This is hands-on winemaking, the most direct connection you will ever have with the genesis of a wine.

In addition to the actual crush, there will be tasting-stations set up throughout the winery showcasing barrel samples of wines-in-progress, as well a selection of finished wines.
