Easy to drink. It has a light smokey wood flavor but tastes a little like cheap wine. I ate corn beef with it, they paired very well together.

What I did was get a armoire off craigslist and modify the inside into a wine rack using wood shafts from Home depot. Depending how you do it, it is also not too difficult to add rails for hanging glassware.
