Spicy and complex, but light at the same time. I'm sure it would make an excellent martini, and I keep meaning to mix it with gin, but so far it's been too good on its own.
I love this stuff. Mixed with a little mineral water, it tastes amazing like coca cola. A squeeze of lime sends it over the edge.
