Steak

Good value at $16 CDN. My preference is to aerate or rest this wine before serving. Complex nose with a deep fruity flavor with a short finish. Great party wine and matches well with a grilled beef tenderloin.

Meaty nose of dark berries. This is a deep, rich, heavy cab with intense berry flavors, but not jammy. It's a more powerful cab style.

I had my first bottle March 2008 and have had 2 since, most recently October ... Fantastic with a good steak

loads of black fruit layers with blackberries, plums, and currants with hints ... paired terrifically with my steak at Cole's Chop House in Napa Valley. The smoky, pepperiness of my meal brought out a smooth vanilla milk...

Jammy fruit, very distinctively Syrah nose. Peppery and slightly leathier, even ... for pairing with a thick steak

tea leaf green and a bit young. bordeaux/chinon like in it's vegetali. I am now ... than it tastes although the steak I ate it with was terrific, i could barely taste this. may do well from aging but i will never know

ok wine with no particularly outstanding features.

Excellent wine... very smooth, not to sweet and served well with a nice marinated steak, garlic potatoes and asparagus... enjoyed it thoroughly
