I've had great luck with grilled tofu. If you choose a heavier, soy sauce, lime and cilantro marinade and really let it soak into the tofu, then make a little boat out of aluminum foil or use a small cookie sheet, you can stick it on the grill. Eventually it will get nice and charred... Read more
