My guess from your remarks is that you weren't able to find the wine on Snooth, so didn't post any tasting notes? Though several wineries do have Dry Creek in he name of specific vineyards they use grapes from in that part of Sonoma County, I also saw this winery (which Greg DP has reviewed somewhat favorably): "Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Creek Vineyard 2005". If that was the wine, you can post a review there. If not, why don't you post in this thread? A couple more questions: --why won't the establishment let you see the bottle, even if it's served by the glass? --how'd it go with the mongolian beef?
